No. Make an account and the three days begin. Nothing is charged, and nothing turns into a subscription on its own — when the trial ends it simply stops, and you decide then.
Never. Only the person starting the party pays. Guests listen for ten minutes with no account at all, and if they want to stay past that a free sign-up carries them on — which puts them on their own three day trial.
Anyone handed a code can listen for ten minutes without signing up for anything. The ten minutes are counted on our side rather than on the phone, so closing the app and reopening it does not start them again.
You can still join other people's parties, exactly as before. You just cannot start your own until you subscribe.
Usually within a minute. The subscription is created against your account before you ever reach the payment screen, so there is nothing to match up afterwards — Razorpay tells us the moment the payment clears and the account switches over on its own. If it has been longer than a few minutes, press I have already paid above, and if that finds nothing, send us the receipt.
Yes. They are subscriptions, so they keep going until you stop them — that is the point of them, and it is why there is a Cancel button on this page and on your account page rather than an email address to write to. One tap stops the next payment. The lifetime plan is the exception: it is a single payment, it never renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
One payment of ₹2999 and the account never expires. There is no renewal and nothing to cancel. Pay it through the Pay once for lifetime button and type the amount exactly — ₹2999 is what identifies the offer, so ₹2998 or ₹3000 will not switch it on and will have to be sorted out by hand.
Use the Cancel my subscription button above, or the one on your account page. It stops the subscription at Razorpay there and then, so nothing further is taken and you do not have to write to anybody. You keep what you have already paid for until it runs out.
Use the Manage in Google Play button above, or the one on your account page. Both open the Play Store subscriptions screen, which is where Google keeps the switch for anything bought inside an app, and cancelling there takes one tap. You keep what you have already paid for until it runs out.
Through Google Play, the same way every other subscription on your phone does. Google takes the payment with whatever you already have set up, tells us the moment it clears, and your account switches over on its own. Everything about the subscription — the payment method, the renewal date, cancelling — lives in the Play Store, and the button above takes you straight to it.
Write to support@watchbuddies.online or message +91 6296887093 on WhatsApp, and tell us the email address on the account. Subscriptions bought inside the Android app are refunded by Google rather than by us, and the Play Store has its own refund screen for the first 48 hours.
On this page: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and the usual wallets, all through Razorpay. Inside the Android app: whatever you have set up in Google Play. We never see or store your card details either way.
Because that is what we can actually charge today. Pricing for other countries is written and ready, but we would rather show one honest price everywhere than a dollar figure that turns into a rupee amount at the checkout.
